The RC Cup has been growing every year since its founding, and 2024 was the year it stopped being a sleeper. More registrations, more vendors in the trade tent, and a prize pool that finally caught up to the field showing up to compete.
The course chairman built a layout that respected the depth of field without punishing the developing shooters. The result was a leaderboard that produced the expected names at the top while still rewarding several first-time main-event finishers further down.
This is one of the events on the regional calendar worth watching. The trajectory says the RC Cup will not be a regional shoot for much longer.
